These terms apply to dinkoworld.com and to games by Dinko World, operated by Damien Dean (see Operator).
1. Free to play, purchases and availability
Our website is free to visit, and our games are free to play. Some games may offer optional in-game purchases through third-party platforms such as Roblox. Purchases are processed under the relevant platform's terms and applicable consumer protection laws. We may update, modify or discontinue the website and games, subject to applicable legal obligations and consumer rights. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from using the website or games; this does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law or your mandatory consumer rights.
2. Intellectual property
Dinko World owns or holds the necessary rights to its original content (characters, names, artwork, game design and text), except where otherwise indicated. Some content was created with the assistance of AI tools and then selected, edited and arranged by us; copyright protection applies where provided by applicable law. Please don't copy, redistribute or reuse our characters or content without permission.
Third-party assets (game engine, fonts, sounds, music) belong to their owners and are used under their licences — see Licences & Credits.
3. Trademarks
All platform names, logos and other third-party brands mentioned on this website or in our games are trademarks or names of their respective owners. Dinko World is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them unless explicitly stated.
4. External links
We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites we link to.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.

We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date.

- Návštěva webu je zdarma a naše hry lze hrát zdarma. Některé hry mohou nabízet volitelné nákupy ve hře prostřednictvím platforem třetích stran, jako je Roblox. Nákupy se řídí podmínkami příslušné platformy a platnými předpisy na ochranu spotřebitele.
- Web a hry můžeme aktualizovat, upravit nebo ukončit, a to v souladu s platnými právními povinnostmi a právy spotřebitelů. Nezaručujeme nepřerušený ani bezchybný provoz.

- Dinko World vlastní nebo má potřebná práva ke svému původnímu obsahu (postavy, názvy, grafika, herní design a texty), pokud není uvedeno jinak. Část obsahu vznikla s pomocí nástrojů AI a poté jsme ji vybrali, upravili a uspořádali; autorskoprávní ochrana platí v rozsahu stanoveném právními předpisy. Naše postavy ani obsah bez svolení nekopírujte, nešiřte ani nepoužívejte.
- Materiály třetích stran (herní engine, fonty, zvuky, hudba) patří jejich vlastníkům a používáme je podle jejich licencí — viz Licence a poděkování.
- Všechny názvy platforem, loga a další značky třetích stran jsou ochranné známky nebo názvy svých vlastníků. Dinko World s nimi není spojen, není jimi sponzorován ani schválen, pokud není výslovně uvedeno jinak.
- Za weby třetích stran neodpovídáme. Rozhodným právem je právo České republiky, aniž jsou dotčena kogentní pravidla ochrany spotřebitele vaší země.
